Throughout the @see region, you will find balanced meals made with fresh and healthy ingredients grown locally. Many restaurant menus offer regional specialities that change with the seasons. You’re sure to have the pleasure of enjoying freshly caught fish from the Scharmützelsee, Galloway beef bred and raised in Bad Saarow, or delicious mushrooms picked in the region’s forests.

Our guests come mainly because of the nature, the water and the many recreational opportunities in the region. Food and drink are of course important for a relaxing stay. We cannot offer star gastronomy here but there are many places offering healthy, fresh, local food. My restaurant “Alte Schule” in Reichenwalde offers a high-quality traditional kitchen year-round. The specialty of the house: Brandenburg duck. Bon appetit!
